We had a nice stay, the hotel was pleasant, clean, with perfect location to the store at a very late time of night. The staff was very pleasant & attentive. The room was decent size and compact when upgraded with a double bed, a large bathroom, as for instance. Everything here was great.

Units with bath. Bonus point for a TV set, tea and coffee making equipment, and a safe. Particularly good location, 20 minutes drive from the airport.

The Hotel reception staff tried very hard to help us with the difficulties we experienced whilst staying at the hotel. The hotel is very near the station and so very convenient if you wish to use the hotel as a base to travel around a number of places nearby.
The hotel was not really in a nice area. It was a noticeably down market area near to the station and was not very pleasant walking back to our hotel at the end of an evening. It was very dirty and lots of tramps around. The hotel is very small. You can see that they have tried to improve the hotel but is still left lacking. The room we were originally shown to was terrible and we had to be asked to be moved. The rooms are very small and don't feel very clean. The breakfast staff were most rude to my family and I asking us to leave as they had closed and despite the fact that we were half way through our breakfast!

Near the train station, very convenient. Price is reasonable.
Breakfast was expensive - 12 Euros per day (and not 9 Euros as advertised in Booked.net). Nearby cafes only cost 5.5 Euros for continental breakfast and 8 Euros for English breakfast. The first room I was given faced the rail track which was very noisy. I demanded a room change and got a quiet room and the bathroom had a bathtub.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to travel in and out of the city. It's also close to the bus that goes to the airport and the main shopping street in the city center. it's within walking distance of popular attractions such as Promenade des Anglais, the main square, and Vieux Nice.
The shower/toilet area floods easily due to poor drainage.

Close to railway station and tram stop. Nice little bar 100 metres down the road. Friendly & helpful staff who are happy to advise on locations/directions etc.
A little dated perhaps, and the lift is very very slow. Breakfast too expensive for what was supplied.

The staff were helpful and it's in a good location, next to the train and tram station. Walking distance down the shopping belt and many restaurants around.
A bit noisy due to next slight thin wall.
